Dewald co-runs Kwantu Homes, with a focus on new developments across the East Rand and Randburg. He works closely with first-time buyers, matching what they can afford to what is actually available before anyone signs anything.
He believes owning a home should not feel out of reach for ordinary South Africans, and works where buyers are, on WhatsApp and out at the developments themselves, not from behind a desk.
